Book a private forest therapy experience to feel calmer and recover from stress the way your body does it best: by connecting to the Earth and your natural surroundings.
I’m currently guiding private sessions tailored to you! Fill out my contact form to schedule with me. Make sure to include your preferred date(s) and number of participants. Sessions typically last between 2 and 2.5 hours for groups and around 1-1.5 hours for on-on-one sessions. Private sessions include a short phone consultation and an individualized location.
Private walk pricing is $99/person for the first 5 participants, then $25/person for each additional participant. I can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.
